Though the sale hasn’t yet started, it’s been a part of Amazon’s Labor Day tradition for a long time, and it only seems fitting that the company give its employees a day off from work to enjoy the discounts.
Amazon is late to the game when it comes to offering Labor Day discounts, but it’s still got something in store for you. The online store will be running Labor Day deals in the U.S. on Monday, September 4, at 8am EDT. The discounted merchandise includes select home products, like Bluetooth speakers, mattresses, and mobility scooters, as well as electronics like video game consoles and laptops. The deals will be available to Prime members only, who pay $99 for a year of Amazon Prime, which gives them access to streaming music, movies, and more.
Amazon is running a Labor Day 89-percent off sale for an extended period of time (until 2/3/2010, 6PM ET). The sale includes over 6,000 items, but if you don’t take advantage of this sale, you will never know what you are missing.
